Metal-ceramic
Metal-ceramic dentures are very similar to the natural appearance of teeth and are also characterised by their durability, stability and ease of care.
All-ceramic
All-ceramic dental restorations prevent allergies and toxic reactions in contrast to metal alternatives. They are biocompatible, gum-friendly and particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
Zirconia
Zirconia dental implants impress with their gingiva-friendliness and maximum precision. Thanks to the natural refraction of light, it offers outstanding aesthetics. Zirconia is also plaque-resistant and extremely biocompatible, which ensures excellent body compatibility.
Implant technique
Implant-supported dental bridges often replace missing teeth more efficiently and with less extensive dentures than conventional methods. They do not require any disruptive structural elements or clasps. Another advantage over crowns is that fewer dental implants are required.
Attachment and milling technique
Attachment prosthetics (milling technique) are removable dentures that are fabricated using conventional or customised retaining devices. The connection consists of two components. One part (female part) is attached to a crown, the other part (male part) is attached to the prosthesis.
Prosthetics
Prosthetics in dentistry is a medical speciality that deals with the restoration of the natural function and aesthetics of teeth after tooth loss or damage to the tooth structure. It includes oral rehabilitation and the renewal of tooth function.
Orthodontics
Orthodontics is a speciality that focuses on the correction of misaligned teeth and jaws and the resulting dysfunction.

It all began in 1974 with an internship in a laboratory in Koblenz. I completed my apprenticeship there from 1975 to 1979 with excellent results. By 1988, I was already head of the laboratory with the departments for metal-ceramics, all-ceramics, attachment and milling technology, electroplating technology, implant technology and zirconia, including CAD/CAM.

Company philosophy
We are passionate about our profession and constantly strive for perfection, which is what inspires us, as well as regular further training in all areas of modern dental technology.
We work with a very high degree of precision, modelled on nature, in terms of function, form and colouring. An individual choice of colour enables perfect integration of the dentures.
The special feature of our work lies in the elaborate design, in contrast to standardised crowns. Each handmade unique piece, consisting of the best materials and attention to detail, makes our teeth a high-quality work of art.

Our laboratory
A life in the south with sun, beach and sea – that has always been a dream of our family. We were able to realise it fairly quickly, within just two and a half years, thanks to the friendly support of a German dentist we knew in Portugal.
During this time, we went on several holidays there to find out whether we liked the Portuguese mentality. We were also often in the daily routine of the dental practice and visited a laboratory based in the Algarve.
We had many conversations and were impressed by the country and its people, despite a certain ‘residual fear’. Our laboratory was initially located in nearby Alentejo, on the west coast in the countryside.
In April 2014, we moved the laboratory to the south coast (Algarve), in the centre of Lagos, as this is where most of our customers are located, saving us valuable time.
